Mohammad Jaafar Hardi (born May 30, 1979) is a footballer of Malaysia, which is a midfielder of Perak. He was the team captain Telekom Melaka before their withdrawal from the Malaysia Super League competition. He then agreed to join his team Perak FA for the 2008 season.
